Perfume - Ambush Original

I have been on a mission to find the original ambush since it went out of production. Like others I ordered an ambush online and was incredibly disappointed when it arrived. It smelled absolutely nothing like the original. Nothing in this world will ever smell like the original ambush. I have the last bottle I had when I was a kid, pink coated with a gold tone cap. (It's empty but I can't bear to throw it away.) I have tried Canoe but tho it smells like Ambush, being a man's fragrance, it has that men's cologne quality to it so I bagged the idea. Get this: I emailed the company and they replied saying that there is not enough demand for Ambush to bring it back. What planet are they on!! They only need to go online to get an idea of the thousands and thousands of women who want the fragrance brought back. They still produce TABU which is so disgusting. I never smell TABU on anyone. The company said it is a big seller. I personally don't think TABU is flying off the shelves. I really think that any bottle of original Ambush I find is not going to smell good as perfume changes its scent over time. Also, if you order off a discontinued perfume site, the prices are outrageous. I will never stop my quest to find something that smells like ambush (besides Canoe). Isn't odd that they still make Canoe but stopped Ambush. Must be men running the company!

Ambush original needs to come back on market. Have hunted and hunted for it. Used it back in high school days am 62 years old now and would still purchase it.

I have been searching for the Original Ambush by Dana as well..for an affordable price....I am so upset that they will not bring it back...I am around your age too!...60 yrs. Old...and hope I find it.. Or they remake it before my life ends and at a reasonable price....like it was originally...Canoe..just won't do...Ambush for women needs to return...and soon!
