Tribe By Coty (If Your Looking For It)
| Ok so I hunted this perfume forever and almost gave up. Then this week I was given a sample of Costa Rica the new perfume Avon is releasing at the end of the month. ITS TRIBE!! Its the same fragrance. And trust me I have looked into almost every so called it smells like it scent and none of them did but this one which I found by chance smells just like it. I think they may be using the same formula I don't know and don't care I ordered 3 bottles from the guy because I don't want to hunt it again. |

I actually was looking for a perfume that smelled like Tribe, I found this post and ordered some.
I don't think it smells a thing like Tribe at all. Just my opinion. |

| Close, but no cigar. Costa Rica by Avon does definitley share some of the same notes as Tribe, but the watermelon in Costa Rica sets it apart. Tribe had more of a "Green Apple" thing going, along with a high alcohol "zing/zip" when you sprayed it, that further propelled the green apple note. However, Costa Rica is a nice pacifier for those searching and willing to accept a scent that is close. |

I found an exact dupe of Coty Tribe. I swear by it. I was a Tribe fanatic and you can't fool me. I found it at www.feelsoftsmellgood.com by Holistic Springs. It only cost me about 5 bucks. And it was simply called Tribe Type. Best thing I got the lotion and a shower gel.
The smell is so incredibly like Tribe, it lingered in my clothes the next day. I am in love.
Try the Hydrogen too. Divine. |

| I also ordered the Tribe Dupe from Holistic Springs and I was floored. I swear it's Tribe, maybe even better. I received so many compliments when I wore it. It lingered in my clothing so I smelled it in the hamper with I took my soiled clothing out. I am also a fan of Victoria's Secret #55 which has been discontinued and ordered a bottle. Again, no disappointment here, richer and last longer than the original. Also, I sent an email and the perfumer actually emailed me back. Her name is Charlotte and she took the time to explain some factors of oil for me. |

Well, I bought the Tribe type from Holistic Springs and I'm just updating here:
It is blinkin' amazing! I bought the dry oil body spray and it lasts AGES. I'm going to buy the wax tarts now to burn in my house.
Somebody on Amazon, (The Fragrance Shop) are also selling bath and shower gel, body lotion and Tribe type body spritz :) |

I bought the tribe type oil spray and I can definately tell you it is THE closest I've come to the real thing. I would know, as I have a bottle of real Tribe that I broke down and bought on Ebay for 90 bucks! I'm going to order more!!!!! This is AWESOME! |

| It is called Tribe Type. It is an outstanding interpretation that is breathtaking. Try it in solid and dry oil spray. |

| I loved Tribe back in the day, got it as a Christmas present one year and feel in love with it, then when I had finished it and when I asked the person where they got it from it had been discontinued. Been trying to find something to wear on my wedding day but I just keep thinking of Tribe, so will defo be trying Tribe Type. |

It has been my favorite perfume for over 12 years, but can not find anything close to it, and due to the price I haven't bought it in ages. I can't wait to see how this compares! Thank you in advance for the recommendation! |

| Thank you so much for reccommending this site. I just ordered some and hope it is as good. I've worn Tribe for at least 10 yrs. Until they discontinued it and have been looking for it since. I have one question for anyone that has tried it, do you reccommend the roll on oil or the spray? |

| I have the dry oil spray. I like to spritz it on my hair to smooth it; and allover my body. Mine has lasted over six months and I love it. It dries super fast. I wouldn't wall the rollerball as they have limited uses. |

| Something that smells really sweet like Tribe is COUCH poppy flower. The lady at Macys showed me COUCH poppy flower, I smelt it and what came to mind was Tribe. I loved the smell of Tribe and I wish it was still in stores. COUCH poppy flower is around $100.00, I hope this helps. |

| I just bought some lotion from Bath & Body works that I swear smells like Tribe. The scent is called Paris Amour. I could be wrong but when I smelled it instantly brought back the image of pink/purple bottle I remember as a kid. Check it out and let me know if you agree. |

| I was ripped off by Holistic Springs. I ordered tribe type roll on pure perfume oil and was sent two pots of waxy looking fowl smelling stuff labeled "Herbal Essences". I emailed the address that was on the business card enclosed in the package and I messaged the company via their website and have not gotten any response. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and Paypal. If I have any results with this company righting their mistake I will happily post my experience, after all everyone can make a mistake. I just want them to respond to me and fix the problem. SO DO NOT BUY FROM HOLISTIC SPRINGS or at least check out their face book page first. |
