Tranquil Breezes By Victoria's Secret
| Hello - does anyone know what the fragrance notes of Tranquil Breezes by Victoria's Secret were? I know that it hasn't been available for many years...it was part of Victoria's Secret Herb Collection. I remember that it was a very smooth cucumber-melon type scent, and it seemed to be more cucumber than melon, but I am thinking mabye there was some floral involved? Can anyone help? My ulitmate hope is to buy a few body safe oils and blend something for myself similar to Tranquil Breezes, but it will be difficult without knowing what at least some of the notes were. I appreciate and and all efforts to help. Thanks! |

| It is more cucumber than melon and the melon is like cantalope or honeydew NOT watermelon! That is all I can offer you. If you find out any thing else please let me know. I miss this fragrance more than I can say. Hope this helps you a little. |

Thanks Cheyne - I really apprciate your attempt to help. I had to really dig, and dig, and dig....(on the internet) but I did find out on one of About.com's message boards that Tranquil Breezes is a blend of: cucumber, melon, and the floral that I suspected is jasmine. Now lies the question of which melon - honeydew or cantaloupe? (As you said, and I concur, defintley not watermelon!!) I am leaning toward honeydew....I am going to order fragrance oils in the next few days and get to work blending. My sister, being a Tranquil Breezes lover will hopefully be able to tell me which ratios are closest to the original, wish me luck!

| Tranquil breezes was my all time favorite...wish they had not gotten rid of it. My husband paid an arm and leg on ebay a few years back for me for christmas...I only use it very sparingly...I love it. There was also a raspberry glace scent that was wonderful too.. But I always thought that the scent was more of a cubumber, cantaloupe, and honeysuckle fragrance? Hope this helps.. Would love for someone to recreate this fragrance!!! |

| It was cucumber-mellon, with honeysuckle and daisy. It was my signature scent. I miss it desperately. Why they discontinued it I will never know. Last bottle I bought off of Ebay I paid $150 for it. It's like liquid gold. Good luck. Let me know if you are sucessfull. |

| When it was first discontinued I went into VS and they told me Bath and abody Works is their sister company and they sell Cucumber melon so they didnt want to compete. I could just go there to buy it now.........NO!! their cucumber melon is cucumber and WATERMELON!!! Not the same in any way. So sad they should have taken it off of the shelves a BBW and left tranquil breezes at VS!!! Still SO SAD they got rid of it!! |

| You should try Cleopatra by Tocca. I used to use VS's Tranquil Breezes line, too, and this is the best replacement I have found. There's a whole line of products on Sephora, you should try it out. They take returns on used products anyway. |

| I love Tranquil breezes and discovered that marteccis.com has a version for sale. Apparently they copy discontinued frangrances and they say it's cantaloupe, cucumber and white floral. Good Luck. |

| Cantaloupe, cucumber, daisy, and honeysuckle. It was my FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I got compliments everywhere I went when I wore it. Truly my signature scent. I've email VS so many times to beg them to bring it back. My last bottle on Ebay, I paid $150 for a $15 bottle. It brings back great memories. My now husband loved it too : ) |
