Perfumes Export To Europe

Hi There,
I am in the process of starting my own business in the perfume sector and I am seeking exporters for competitive pricing for perfumes and fragrances.
I am interested in both authentic perfumes and fragrance oils to import into Europe.

The problem I am facing is the compliance with E.U. Regulations that require ingredients to be listed either on the product itself or on the package, as all authentic perfumes in fact have. However, the fragrance oil people that I contacted are reluctant to disclose this information and I am not in a position to carry the resposibilty of these products upon myself.

So any assistance and advice will be greatly appreciated.
