I've bought some fragrances from Irma Shorell and all I have to say is that most of you who KNOW the original fragrances, will be very disappointed.
I had tried using their version of 'Heaven Sent' theirs is 'Infinite Grace' it was awful, I tried to use their version of 'Tweed', again, it was terrible, and the list goes on.
Even though Irma Shorell claims that they buy out the 'ORIGINAL FORMULA' - don't believe it. Because it NEVER smells like the original.
Therefore, Revlon 'Moondrops' which I used very often as a teen, and the scent was HEAVENLY, and had amazing staying power - lasting for weeks, even AFTER clothes were laundered, would not be the same at Irma Shorell fragrances.
But if you want to take a chance and be disappointed, by all means, go ahead.
If I were you, I'd hunt for the authentic version on eBay, and my Friends, it will be pricey.

I have a Revlon Moon Drops set, the concentrated cologne and body powder. Neither have been used, the powder is still sealed. I have pics of this item and would be willing to sell it to you for a fair price if you would like to buy it. Let me know.

| You can find the original Moon Drops fragrance at http://www.longlostperfume.com. The original frangrance is now replicated by Irma Shorrell. It's called Luna Rain. |

| I just got the replicated Moon Drops from Irma Shorell at Long Lost Perfumes. It's going back....doesn't resemble the Moon Drops I wore for years. |

| I have a huge Revlon Moon Drops decanter made of glass with a lucite stand. It is 3/4 full of Moon Drops cologne...a gorgeous piece and the lucite stand is fabulous! The gorgeous glass bottle is 32 Oz! I am willing to accept reasonable offers, and can provide pictures. |

| Revlon Moon Drops is manufacutered and only widely available in South Africa!!! But since 09/11 they have not been able to export it as are not permitted to post 'dangerous goods' overseas. Go figure - you'll need a friend out there who can buy it then post it to you!!!!!!! Any offers?? :-( |

| Just found some on e bay and purchased a bottle for my mum. She's been looking for this fragrance for many years, I always remember her smelling of this as I grew up. It brings back many memories. |
