| Coty had a perfume in late sixties called Emprevue or Imprevue. Fell in love to the smell. I know it won't be around now, are there any Close copies, or dare I say original copies? Good price will be paid. |

| Look how long since I posted my Original enquiry about Coty Imprevue. I have changed e-mail to Broadband, don't think it was around then, like the perfume! I'm STILL looking for it. Maybe there is a copy fragrance out there. Maybe we should pool our money and buy the receipe of Coty. Could make a fortune. Keep looking. |

I checked ebay again & yes, the eau de toilette spray, is a remake of the original. Looking at the bottle, I'd say it's an Erma Shorell version. Www.longlostperfume.com is the site where you could buy it. I think, however, they no longer make it. Perfume I've gotten from them smelled like what I remember, only quite strong. Must be something to do with the oils they use.
The other two items on ebay are originals. I used to buy the dusting powder years ago & that's the box. Dusting powder price was quite reasonable too.

Imprevu was a "One Of a Kind" type fragrance. Nothing else even tried to mimic it. It was a hard to discribe scent, but, at least for me, it was addictive.
Much as I don't usually refer to Ebay, Imprevu is there now, and since it's so very hard to come by, here goes.

| I started using imprevu l966 when i first my my boyfriend, now my husband of 38 years, i loved it so much, the bottle was so sharp also, my twin sister who now has passed ll years, was also her favorite,and we bought it all the time, wish you could bring it back /there are so many perfumes out now, that are really not ever as good as imprevu, even the name and the bottle , plus the scent was ever so sexy, please coty do yourself a favor an d bring it back, it willmake our day and do good for your sales. | I Googled Imprevu today because when I was in my elderly aunts house at weekend I noticed a very old looking bottle of perfume on her shelf, I thought it looked old - when will it be from - 1966? Or was it produced for a few years? |

| Was my favorite perfume of all time. Woudn't perfume from the 60's be rancid at this point? Would buy it if not. I always preferred the cologne to the perfume. Perfume was a little heavy. |
